🔁 Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes sizes may vary or defects may occur. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a flexible exchange option under the following conditions:

Exchange Window: Within 3 days of receiving the product.

Eligible Reasons:

Size problem

Defective or damaged product

Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Delivery Charges:

For size exchanges, customer will bear the delivery cost (both ways).

For defective items, exchange delivery is free of cost.

Only one exchange per product is allowed.

Offer or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.

💸 Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds — only exchanges are available.

If the same product/size is unavailable in stock, we will issue a store credit or voucher of the same value.

Refunds are not applicable for reasons such as "not liking the product" or "change of mind".

⚙️ Exchange Process

1️⃣ Contact us via WhatsApp or Messenger within 3 days of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Send clear photos of the product showing the defect or size issue.
3️⃣ Once our team approves the request, our delivery rider will collect or you may send via courier as instructed.

⚠️ Important Notes

Products showing signs of wear or use are not eligible for exchange or return.

We reserve the right to refuse exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.

Items purchased under offers or discounts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
